Now you can assess individual applicants for any of these positions and match them to the identical areas outlined in the job benchmark. You can compare applicants to what the job requires and to other applicants. This benchmark provides you a template for specific staff selection for the successful performance of that job. The benchmark allows you to compare applicants based on a unique 37-factor analysis. It lists the job requirements into 3 separate talent categories: rewards/culture, behavioral traits and job attributes.
