We're looking to get some feedback from a pen camera with audio, and wanted to see what everyone else might be using. There are quite few options to choose from. Thanks.

We got ours from Zetronix a few years ago. It had audio but, due to distance it was hard to decipher. Kind of had to record yourself with one thing and the pen was all video. But! Karen got me a cool video camera for Christmas. It is like a Flip video, which would probably work fine also but this one is called a Bloggie by Sony. It has amazing clarity, even records in HD and the microphone seems to be quite good. I have not fully figured out how to use it yet other than using up all the memory on Christmas morning. :) But I was planning on giving it a go at the office. Just prop it behind a plant or what ever in the adjusting suite.

Thanks Dr. Perron. Lori got a Bloggie for Christmas as well. I hadn't thought of using that. (Feeling some spy gadget envy perhaps) May have to see what kind of HD comedy I can provide the coaches and myself. Good thought. Fyi, she stressed it's ease of use:)

I use a Swann Pencam. For ryf's the sound is fine but in the open adjusting area it is a little muffled so I often revert to using the dictaphone alongside.

I purchased a pen camera from Brookstone's about a year ago and am amazed with the audio and visual component. It is easy to just place in a cup on the table or attach to a clip board with Velcro and hang on the wall. It is also a functioning pen that can be worn in your front pocket. It is called "The video spy pen" and it's about $100.
