			<description>&#60;p&#62;This may be for both coaches and to Keith and Jean.  When tracking reactivations numbers perhaps we should consider the age of the practice when gauging the doctors success in this area.  A two year old practice has a much lesser pool to draw from than a ten year old practice.....perhaps incorporate a sliding scale.
