Client Centered Coaching
In His book, “E-Myth Revisited,” Michael Gerber states that ‘working on your business’ and not ‘in your business’ is the key to success and we agree. Client - centered chiropractic coaching and consulting puts you in charge of your own destiny.
You will be attending 2 one hour scheduled coaching calls a month, we call them POD calls. PODs are interactive, curriculum guided sessions that delivers the information you need and the thinking behind the systems. This is a post graduate university style format. The more prepared you are the more you will get out of it. The faster you implement each module, as it is covered, the greater your return on this coaching investment.
Prior to each POD call you will have had the opportunity to complete an assignment consisting of reading and a ThinkSheet™. It is called a ThinkSheet for a reason. You can not feel your way to success. You must first THINK, then ACT.
There are 5 Modules designed to take you through the essential pieces of building your business. You will go through the various sessions in each Module and when you complete that Module you will move on to the next one. Each module session stands alone and is designed so that you can enter at any time and be able to use the information immediately.
