Dear Readers,
We haven’t received any question for the newsletter this month.
This leads me to believe the majority of you have “taken the summer off.” It’s tempting to take a break, just relax, enjoy the sun and pick it up in September.

Where your energy and brain drift to, so goes your practice. It’s going to be tough, physically and mentally, in September to attempt another start up. You know what it’s like when you haven’t exercised in weeks (or months) and then you decide to get back on track? You get so sore after your first workout that you don’t exercise again because of the pain!
