Chiropractic Practice Management Groups: Not All the Same

We Are a Management Group for Chiropractors

DC Mentors was created by our clients. They told us that they did not fit into the “one size fits all” box that many chiropractic office management programs demand. Doctor after doctor told us that they had outgrown these programs both intellectually and emotionally. They wanted solutions not motivational rants, hope not hype, systems not sizzle.

Unfortunately many chiropractors still feel obligated to use techniques and patient scare tactics that are out of alignment with their principles and out of touch with contemporary business thinking. Yet because they have invested years and a great deal of money, they hold tight to the past and miss their chance at success. They can get so caught up in the desire to succeed that they may temporarily abandon who they are.

We see a chiropractic practice as a small business with huge earning potentials. But too often our egos are stroked by programs designed for corporate America. If you are going to reach your goals you can’t be confused about your role in a patient’s life. You can’t just stand by and allow ill-advised, anemic procedures to stick you in the swamp of mediocrity.

Your reputation is the greatest asset you have. People talk. We never want you to be compared to a car salesman who uses scripts to get what he wants. Business matured professionals like you can smell the sell and so can patients.

Chiropractic Office Management: DC Mentors Story

DC Mentors was birthed to illuminate the path of leaders who are driven to have their life make the statement, “My life stood for something.”

When we originally set out to redevelop our strategy for practice management, our quest for guidance left us bewildered by the dated material and hard sale rhetoric. We were unable and unwilling to blindly follow a self proclaimed guru or chiropractor management programs that are nothing more than new age brain washing. Deep down we sensed that we were not alone in our frustration.

We looked outside the biased view of our profession to gain a much needed perspective on chiropractic office management. This led to an insatiable appetite for the scientific disciplines of performance psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience.

After much trial and error a system was born that was so principled, so authentic, that we just had to share it with any one who would listen. As each client began to apply these principles in their life and chiropractic practice, they experienced the freedom that comes with exponential fiscal growth, the passion that comes with expressing authenticity, and a clarified purpose as a result of living a principle centered life.
